Job Description
- Research and explore potential African markets.
- Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
- Handle Export Enquiries and Customer needs.
- Implement an export strategy in order to achieve goals.
- Issuing and reviewing all export documents and forms
- Maintaining communication with clients.
- Ensure on-time offerings and delivery by build-up excellent communication channels.
- Responding to customers' inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
- Maintaining verbal, oral and written communications with customers.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing customers about the status of their shipments, answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the right employee
- Coordinate the logistics.
- Adhere to all international shipping regulations
- Prepares periodic reports on export activities
Job Requirements
- Education: Engineering university degree – Preferably Electrical
- Years of experience: +5
- Africa market's experience is a must
- English Fluent / French is highly recommended.
- High personal skills / Computer Skills (MS Office).
- High communication skills.
