Job Description

  • Research and explore potential African markets.
  • Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
  • Handle Export Enquiries and Customer needs.
  • Implement an export strategy in order to achieve goals.
  • Issuing and reviewing all export documents and forms
  • Maintaining communication with clients.
  • Ensure on-time offerings and delivery by build-up excellent communication channels.
  • Responding to customers' inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
  • Maintaining verbal, oral and written communications with customers.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing customers about the status of their shipments, answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the right employee
  • Coordinate the logistics.
  • Adhere to all international shipping regulations
  • Prepares periodic reports on export activities

Job Requirements

  • Education: Engineering university degree – Preferably Electrical
  • Years of experience: +5
  • Africa market's experience is a must
  • English Fluent / French is highly recommended.
  • High personal skills / Computer Skills (MS Office).
  • High communication skills.
