- Build critical mass of digital reps with technical foundation to support BP development in BP-led territories of Africa,
- Build local skills for Cloud Paks and transfer them to channels,
- Offload Partner Sales Managers in countries with certain task (product knowledge, building configurations with BP, BoM for Special Bids, execute enablement plans for selected BP and offerings),
- Extend coverage of Partner Sales Manager (PSM) in countries by assigning additional BPs, generate incremental revenue and sustainable growth in Africa
