Job Description
- Build good relations with current clients
- Help new clients blend in with the team
- Follow up on clients complaints with CS team
- Responsible for creating gatherings for members in both locations
- Responsible for creating trips and fitness camps for members in both locations
- Responsible for responding to our clients on the Whatsapp & Facebook groups
- Responsible for improving client experience
- Responsible for helping out with the online marketing material to reflect a better image for the company
- Responsible for deals with other entities ex: discounts from vendors, collaborations with other gyms or service providers & universities events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-2 years experience of PR.
- Age maximum 28.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker.
