- Excuting all office arrangements activities.
- Dealing with service providers and suppliers also following up with clients' needs.
- Responsible for all administration activities.
- Following the monthly budget and keeps office custodies.
- Responsible for the preparation and posting of job ads.
- Keeps records on candidates in the information system organize interviews and participate in the interviews.
- Updates of personal records of employees and keep personal files.
- Assist in the payroll process and submit reports for leaves and attendance.
- Induction onboarding for newcomers.
- Assist in the creation and developing company different policies.
- Other activities prescribed by the management.
Job Requirements
- Alexandria residency is a must.
- College degree or an equivalent background.
- Age: Not more than 30 years.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Time management skills.
