Job Description
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns
- Build and maintain Company social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search)
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
- Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
- Generate marketing qualified leads.
- Develop brand presence through digital channels
- Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
- Manage the SEO on all online channels.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Job Requirements
- Must have strong knowledge in building an online community.
- Must be skilled in Programmatic Marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Design skills in order to manage images, template layouts, etc
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
