Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing Contracts.
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications.
- Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
- Produce final contract document for review and approval by the concerned departments.
- Make sure all documents required from contractor are submitted in original (e.g. performance bond, insurance policies…etc).
Job Requirements
- BSc. Engineering - Civil Only "Construction Engineering and Management Major"
- 2-3 years experience in Contracts field preferably in Oil/Gas industry
- Solid Knowledge of Comparative International Contracts (FIDIC Forms)
- Excellent Command of English Language (Language School graduates are preferred)
