Job Description

  • Contact Training suppliers to coordinate Training sessions for the year.
  • Update the Training attendance and absence on the Internal Training Tool as well as Training Matrix.
  • Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
  • Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
  • Organize approved training plans.
  • Update the Training attendance and absence on the Internal Training Tool as well as Training Matrix.
  • Report training absence cases to the Senior HR Operations Manager and the N+1s.
  • Schedules and coordinates all the training programs as per the training plan.
  • Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
  • Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to attendees.
  • Evaluate training and development programs.
  • Execute training evaluations on regular basis.
  • Prepare monthly analysis to Senior Training Leader regarding number of sessions conducted per month as well as number of absence cases.
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of English language is a must
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Aware of HR fundamentals
