Job Description
- Contact Training suppliers to coordinate Training sessions for the year.
- Update the Training attendance and absence on the Internal Training Tool as well as Training Matrix.
- Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
- Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
- Organize approved training plans.
- Update the Training attendance and absence on the Internal Training Tool as well as Training Matrix.
- Report training absence cases to the Senior HR Operations Manager and the N+1s.
- Schedules and coordinates all the training programs as per the training plan.
- Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
- Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to attendees.
- Evaluate training and development programs.
- Execute training evaluations on regular basis.
- Prepare monthly analysis to Senior Training Leader regarding number of sessions conducted per month as well as number of absence cases.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of English language is a must
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Aware of HR fundamentals
