Job Description
As a Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Seeking out major distributors and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your sales networks.
- Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative
- Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning all Egypt regions.
- Focusing on business from profits and loses concept.
- Take the incentive for new products development.
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
- Maximizing company profit.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience track in FMCG industry preferably in Detergents and baby diapers or Tissues industries.
- Overall experience from 10 to 15 years with at least 5 years experience in the same title.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
