Job Description

Contract Support Key Responsibilities:

Supplier On-Boarding (including transitions)

  • Set up new suppliers for invoicing, payment, work order dispatch, and My Supplier initial set-up, H&S checks.

Suppliers Contracts

  • Coordinate contract renewals, refreshes, amendments, update, monitor KPI & SLA, update terms & conditions or convert client contracts to CBRE.
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship between our company and all company vendors.

PO Creation and Work Order Management

  • Create purchase orders, review and/or approve PO’s, coordinate critical work order.

Billing Requests & Client invoicing

  • Create invoices, Credit Notes, tracking invoices, and Payment follow up and work closely with finance to ensure proper tracking of each account financials.

AP Co-Ordination

  • Invoice review, aged invoice coordination, troubleshoot & resolve invoice issues, SOW and contract rate compliance

Field Support

  • Support FM & Engineering field team with contract or supplier inquiries, supplier or service challenges & opportunities, support local supplier selection.

Commercial offer

  • Prepare required commercial offers with suppliers based on suppliers selection & benchmark to require products/services to assure Better buying

Site Budget / Actual

  • Monitor Site Budget vs Actual spent on site (Sales / Operation) and highlights any gaps with the site manager

Job Requirements

  • Financial Experience is a must
  • Preferred Bachelor Degree in Accounting, finance, Supply chain, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of a service industry/facilities management/Supply Chain role
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
