Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Preparing a short-term (6-month) (and long-term) development plan for more than a year explaining the goals and aspirations of the facility and the steps for development work with its quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze deviations from established plans, causes, and methods of treatment, and design a specification brochure on the basis of which workers work according to the regulations to be worked out and be a comprehensive guide and a standard for any branch of our restaurant.
  • Establish standard operating procedures to ensure optimal use of operations in an equitable and homogeneous manner in all branches. Responsible for ensuring the daily work done in the kitchen production line, etc.
  • Responsible for implementing the applicable regulations, policies and policies related to the operating department
  • Follow up the employment training and training dates and analyze the training results and the return from them.
  • Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work for each department, and to monitor and destroy the consumer and his execution according to the established system.
  • Responsible for the availability of health, professional and standard conditions for workers, as well as materials, tools, equipment and service locations for clients after their study and presentation by the Food Development Officer and branch managers.
  • Responsible for following up and accomplishing any major breakdowns and following up and monitoring periodic maintenance models and following them
  • Preparing the required weekly, monthly, and annual reports to help other departments to quickly take the appropriate decision.
  • Responsible for solving any customer-specific problems if they are not solved by the branch management.
  • Responsible for cost control, food quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service and work to increase profitability.
  • Monitor local competitors and their operations, make comparisons, and present them for direct management.
  • Ensuring the application of total quality systems in all operations.
  • Responsible for implementing health and safety requirements (civil defense) as well as property and other insurance and file follow-up systems for keeping documents in branches
  • Follow-up and control of electronic restaurant programs

Job Requirements

Skills

  • Work experience not less than 10 years
  • The ability to creativity and development and adding new developmental touches
  • Personal strength in team management
  • The ability to be fully familiar with the details of the work and proficiency in the English language
  • Required to interview an operating manager for restaurants with at least 5 years of experience in the same position - a suitable high qualification
  • Proficiency in computer programs and an English language proficiency
  • Lives in Alexandria or have residency at a age of at least 38 years and not more than 45 years
