Position Summary
The Lean Office Pillar in Nestle Business Services center partners with teams in driving continuous improvement, through his/her expertise in practices, tools, and behaviors. They disseminate their expert competencies through an effective network of people ("pillars") throughout the organization.
A day in the life of...
- Working with the End to End leads/Process optimizers, diagnose specific improvement opportunities in the defined scope
- Support and coach teams in applying relevant lean practices, tools and develop the appropriate behaviors to deliver tangible business results, in line with the identified improvement opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous exposure in a Business Function/End to End
- Successfully supported and coached teams
- Experience in leading change or transformation programs
- Deliver Capability Building sessions
- Project/ Program management
- Experience in creating a positive working culture, enabling empowerment and development of people
- Exposure to stakeholder management and working with senior management team
- Experience in delivering results and helping others to deliver results through the NCE Framework practices and tools
- Knowledge and experience of financials (P&L and cost elements), including ability to clearly identify relevant opportunities and clearly connect NCE initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business constraints and needs, customer focus and ability to integrate well within the business to understand their issues
- Ability to adapt to new environments and interact with different levels of employees and managers in various communities
