Job Description
- Conducting market analysis to reach target projects list and evaluating suitable regional opportunities.
- Increasing the sales and the profitability of the company as well as initiating business plans for target projects and coordinating with the operation to fulfill them.
- Selecting the suitable project team, partners and subcontractors for new projects (on local and international level)
- Managing the bidding/tendering process with the consultants/clients in coordination with the company’s technical and contract departments.
- Strongly connecting with clients, investors and consultants until award of project.
- Build long-term relationships with new, existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Research and Assessment of Marketing opportunities and target markets, identify new markets and customer needs.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Job Requirements
- Egyptian Nationality.
- +3 years of experience at the same position.
- Successful Proven sales, Marketing or Business developments track record for engineering construction business.
- Golf area experience is preferred (specially at Oman market).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
