We are looking for developers that can take our company to next stage, whilst having deep technical experience building platforms with Ruby on Rails.
Our platform is dynamic, so we are looking more for thinkers and doers not just coders.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Integration of data storage solutions (Postgres).
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Working Hours:

Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Very Good in English language.
Experience in Agile methodology.
1-3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails Development
Good understanding with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as Rspec.
Problem Solving Skills
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
Able to create database sachems that represent and support business processes.
