Job Description
- Create purchase requests according to production needs in coordination with planning manager.
- Follow up with all factory departments if they need new items or extra items to issue approved purchase requests.
- Follow up production plans in coordination with sales orders and market needs.
- Assist in coordinating with the engineering department by creating purchase requests according to stock, re-order point and Engineering department needs and required specs.
- Create required reports and send them to the planning manager.
- Create new codes on the system and new item forms after revision with the planning manager.
- Follow up materials expiry dates in all factory departments.
- Follow up with the purchasing department all open purchase requests to avoid shortage.
- Follow up SAP warehouse and department stock are accurate and up to date with the actual stock in coordination with stock controller and factory departments.
Job Requirements
- Senior planning engineer – 3-5 years of experience
- Engineering background (Vet., Pharma, Chemist) is highly preferred.
- Process industry experience (RELEVANT experience) – Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or chemical industries.
- Last working post (Planning Supervisor to Planning Unit Head)
- Working Location is between Head Office in Cairo and factory in Al Salhia (Sharkia) according to work requirements (Candidates from Cairo, 10th of Ramadan and Obour are welcomed).
