Job Description
- Responsible for the Training of the new hires of the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales skills.
- Responsible for giving training of new model specifications and following promoters before being released in the market.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit into the Egyptian market.
- Carrying on Inspection twice per week and reporting and determine all promoters' needs.
- Determine problems of the area you are responsible for and try to fix it.
- Summarize All changes before and after training in the area that responsible for.
Job Requirements
- Presentable and courteous.
- Very good listening skills.
- Very good communication (orally and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Have presentation skills and the ability to convince.
- Males only
- Flexible to travel.
- Max-age:27 years.
