Job Description
We are looking for artful design engineer who has the necessary experience in the following areas :
- Developing initials ideas and concepts
- Developing shop drawing at different project sages
- Shall be involved in preview and preparing specification
- Researching whether the design will work and the cost effective
- Responsibility to do the documentation work concerning all the document for plans , estimates and drawing
- Researches and ave materials for schemes , communicating with vendors ,obtaining and compiling quotations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural engineering or Fine Arts
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in all design programs
- Specialist in Interior , Exterior , Landscape , Architectural Design , artificial fountains,swimming pools and antiques furniture designs
- Knowledge of modern building materials
- 3-5 years relevant experience in similar job (commercial and residential Designs)
- Proficient in (AutoCad,SketchUp ,3D max ,PhotoShop,Illustrator)
- Good time management skills
- Strong imagination and ability to think and create in 3 dimension
