Job Description
- We launched our first service and we are looking for a software engineer to take part in our next phase of stabilizing the service, development of post-launch features, take ownership of an entire feature-set from design to implementation.
- We are a remote first company, being in an office is optional. However we will meet occasionally to plan a phase of a project or brainstorm ideas.
- This role will demand an ownership attitude and responsibility towards meeting our clients' needs on a short schedule.
- This is a unique position where you get to shape the company culture and be an early part of the team in a growing company.
Job Requirements
Requirements for this role:
- Experience designing complete features from front-end to back-end.
- Experience working within a small team in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working within a scrum or a Kanban or any other lean development practice.
- Experience with Test Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development.
- An ability to learn on your feet while keeping productive.
Preferred qualities:
- In depth knowledge and experience of ES6-ES8 and the MERN stack.
- Experience developing secure software for handling sensitive information.
- Experience of full time remote work.
