Job Description
- We launched our first service and we are looking for a senior software engineer to lead our next phase of stabilizing the service, lead development of post-launch features, take ownership of an entire pipeline from feature inception to implementation and deployment as well as leading other members of the team.
- We are a remote first company, being in an office is optional. However we will meet occasionally to plan a phase of a project or brainstorm ideas.
- This role will demand an ownership attitude and responsibility towards meeting our clients' needs on a short schedule.
- This is a unique position where you get to shape the company culture and be an early part of the team in a growing company.
Job Requirements
Requirements for this role:
- Experience leading a team in a fast pace environment.
- Experience working within a scrum or a Kanban or any other lean development practice.
- Experience launching a product, service or a set of related features.
- An ability to learn on your feet while keeping productive.
Preferred qualities:
- In depth knowledge and experience of ES6-ES8 and the MERN stack.
- Experience developing secure software for handling sensitive information.
- Experience of fulltime remote work.
