Job Description
- Deal directly with customers face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Understand the process cycle and acts upon it.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree with any relevant discipline.
- Language: Very Good command of the English language (written, orally).
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer care/customer service experience.
