Job Description

  • Responsible of the overall efficiency of Vendors payment process.
  • Maintain vital and healthy cooperation with Maersk Payable team.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines of Inland invoices.
  • Timely disputing or accepting any additional OPS charges.
  • Timely system update & clearing any workflows.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in logistics
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in logistics is an advantage
  • Strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
  • Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task at a high level
  • Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organization in English.
