Job Description
- Responsible of the overall efficiency of Vendors payment process.
- Maintain vital and healthy cooperation with Maersk Payable team.
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of Inland invoices.
- Timely disputing or accepting any additional OPS charges.
- Timely system update & clearing any workflows.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in logistics
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in logistics is an advantage
- Strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
- Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
- Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organization in English.
