Job Description
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Finance Certificates and MBA is plus.
- Young and dynamic personality.
- Track record as a trusted advisor and business partner - driving business insights, actions, and accountability across departments with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Accomplished leader and coach - ready to manage and build an all-star team. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Exhibits strong written and oral communication skills and can influence across the organization.
- You inspire confidence and can garner support for strategic initiatives. Adept at change management and defining new processes.
- Experienced in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to management and the investment community.
- Able to select and implement billing and ERP systems.
