Job Description
- Responding to customer requests within the Service Desk, Phone, and Email
- Performing technical activities following procedures
- Administering user accounts/permissions
- Trialing or escalating requests to SME’s within the business
- Answering simple queries about the supported systems
- Diagnosing simple software bugs; proving R&D with steps to recreate issues
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a Must.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft office outlook, Excel & word.
- Basic knowledge in MSSQL.
- Knowledge in HTML is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, ETC is a Plus
