Job Description

  • Responding to customer requests within the Service Desk, Phone, and Email
  • Performing technical activities following procedures
  • Administering user accounts/permissions
  • Trialing or escalating requests to SME’s within the business
  • Answering simple queries about the supported systems
  • Diagnosing simple software bugs; proving R&D with steps to recreate issues

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English is a Must.
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft office outlook, Excel & word.
  • Basic knowledge in MSSQL.
  • Knowledge in HTML is a must.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, ETC is a Plus
