Job Description

  • Receive visitors and greet them appropriately.
  • Determine visitor needs in a professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to correct person.
  • Forward calls to appropriate person and deliver messages accurately and completely.
  • Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors and be aware of and report suspicious activity.
  • Monitor and record petty cash payments ( basic cashiering and bookkeeping duties ).
  • Document files accurately and maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any relevant.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft Office Word, Excel … etc )
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Gym / sports club background is highly preferred.
