Job Description
- Receive visitors and greet them appropriately.
- Determine visitor needs in a professional manner.
- Direct visitors to correct person.
- Forward calls to appropriate person and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors and be aware of and report suspicious activity.
- Monitor and record petty cash payments ( basic cashiering and bookkeeping duties ).
- Document files accurately and maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any relevant.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft Office Word, Excel … etc )
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Gym / sports club background is highly preferred.
