Job Description

  • Handling all office supplies, services.
  • Handling security, maintenance & transportation activity at the warehouse.
  • Prepare & monitoring monthly petty cash for the administration services at the warehouse.
  • Handling all utilities (electricity, water, gas etc.) payments and keep records to maintain monthly records.
  • Supervise cleaning and pantry activities.
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health and the environment
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Develop daily and monthly reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system and road traffic safety (RTS).
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Good User of MS office.
  • Organized and Follow up.
  • Negotiation, Problem-solving and Communication skills.
  • Fair command of the English language.
