Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors as soon as they arrive, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Management of meetings rooms.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls and visitors inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scan and faxing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Very Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Presentable
