Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as soon as they arrive, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Management of meetings rooms.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Answering phone calls and visitors inquiries in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scan and faxing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills .
- Very Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of English.
- Presentable
