Job Description
Our E-Commerce Specialist will be a key contributor to growing our business and will be responsible of the International store.
- Detailed Content Creation & Listing , maintenance and improvement of product listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, prices, product description, etc.)
- Set new purchasing orders based on data analyzing for historical data and identify new rising products.
- Perform extensive research on items to be posted and determine the best possible price.
- Managing the development of new e-commerce platform
Order Fulfillment:
- Follow up on a daily basis all sales activities through platform.
- Logistics (Order Fulfillment and tracking international orders )
- Handling all stock shipping, scheduling and ensuring all orders are shipped within their handling times.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of all packages.
- Handling all damage/loss claims and following up on them in a timely manner
- Handling ( new shipment receiving , cycle count, internal stock replenishment, inventory visual management and order processing.)
Customer Service:
- Coordinating and responding to user feedback and product reviews.
- Handling all phone and email customer support in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and knowledge.
- Following up on all orders with customers in real time.
- Sending Shipping notifications in real time to customers after all orders are finalized.
- Keep an updated e-commerce environment through research and development that improve marketing and sales strategies and achievements.
General:
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
- editing and creating new product submission spreadsheets, maintaining current spreadsheets and records, data-entry, and other office duties as assigned including special projects (editing and creating page layouts and simple designs).
Job Requirements
Required Education & Experience::
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Experience Needed: 0 - 4 years
- E-Commerce platform background, Retail Background is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good time-management skills.
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
