Job Description
- Owns sprint backlog planning, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Takes corrective actions whenever issues/ risks would affect an iteration delivery.
- Works closely with the product owners to ensure the readiness of the product backlog for the scrum team.
- Ultimately responsible for project code quality.
- Conducts a final smoke test for deployed releases.
- Gathers and prepares release notes.
- Helps team members their technical career development
- Breaks down backlog features into smaller tasks for the team.
- Owns tasks assignation for team members.
- Write the user stories and technical specs
- Owns team efforts estimates.
- Works closely with QC engineer & make sure of their effectiveness & utilization.
- Prepares a development/testing environment for the team.
- Executes personal development plans for the development team assigned.
- Provides technical estimates for new projects.
- Perform leading activities on more than one scrum.
- Provides coaching for new team members.
- Plan Scrum deliveries
- Monitor and report team velocity
- Prioritize backlog with PO and BAs
- Manage and co-ordinate part-time team activities with the office team
Job Requirements
- Excellent OOP Concepts & Principles.
- Excellent Web and Backend development Concepts & Principles.
- Excellent Mongo Knowledge
- Sound knowledge and experience in AGILE delivery
- Exposure to React JS projects
- Excellent Team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Certified Scrum Master
- Good knowledge of Test Driven Development
- Good knowledge of Agile Management Tool, preferably Jira
- Good knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration methods
- Experience in Mobile application delivery would be a bonus but not essential
