- Develop and standardize the design of the documents.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Prepare the created, edited documents and / or revisions and complete the necessary administrative work for their approval.
- Assist in the process of documents control and distribution.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, .......).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Knowledge and skill of other editing applications is a plus.
Languages:
- Arabic (Mother tongue)
- English (Very good)
