Job Description

  • Develop and standardize the design of the documents.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Prepare the created, edited documents and / or revisions and complete the necessary administrative work for their approval.
  • Assist in the process of documents control and distribution.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, .......).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Knowledge and skill of other editing applications is a plus.

Languages:

  • Arabic (Mother tongue)
  • English (Very good)
