- Greets and welcomes customers upon arrival
- Handles routine customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Makes ads and pages the person who asked visitors to see.
- Ensures inquiries of all clients attended in a professional manner.
- Ensures shopping tools and catalogs are available to customers.
- Promote product sales by discovering and seizing sales opportunities, offering alternative solutions to problems and proposing an addition to sales in order to achieve the specified sales goal.
- Suggests a way to improve sales under his supervisor as well as identify "slow motion" or "unsold" and suggest sales.
- Maintaining complete product offerings through merchandising methods as stipulated by the company.
