Job Description
Main Purpose:
Develop and implement plans and processes to ensure the optimum run of all administrative services within the assigned region
Responsibilities:
- Handle communication and build a strong relationship with governmental agencies and securities.
- Supervise the maintenance, licensing of the company’s vehicles, and ensuring the optimum use of the vehicles.
- Ensure the optimum use of all facilities and services
- Manage the selling of the wasted materials.
- Assist in preparing the Annual Budget
- Supervise and communicate with the external services providers (catering – transportation).
- Supervise the issuance of purchasing orders for cleaning , uniforms and buffet supplies
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 4 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing) Good command of Arabic language (Speaking, reading and writing)
