- A Bachelor’s degree
- Oracle projects Functional experience with 3+ implementations.
- Experience in implementing Oracle projects modules such as:
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Resource Management
- Project Collaboration
- Project Planning and Control
- Project Portfolio Analysis
- Project Contracts
- Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge of Oracle talent Management modules.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM application functionality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English fluency (written and verbal) required.
