Job Description
- Maintain an overview of all recruitment undertaken at Ambitious about Autism, produce reports and statistics as required focusing on recruitment and retention – make recommendations for change.
- Design and implement improved, creative and effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Ensure that assessment centers and open days to source candidates and increase the employer brand awareness are an integral part of the annual recruitment plan.
- Review job titles, job descriptions / and person specifications for roles, particularly in the School and College and make recommendations in support of improved recruitment opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2 years related professional experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred.
