Job Description
- Use SAP system to receive daily orders from stores “Beanos, Lapoire, Lapoire coffee.
- Communicate with transportation dep. To confirm the daily number of vans required and time of availability.
- Prepare a gab report to show the difference between orders and delivery.
- Prepare a daily stock reconciliation to adjust receiving Vs. delivery.
- Monitor the delivery process for each van loading “time in – time out – time of delivery”
- Review the current distribution system & suggest the necessary to improve the process.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience as a dispatcher, two of them in a supervision position .
- Familiar with SAP / Oracle or other equivalent system is a must .
- Able to communicate in English Language.
