Job Description
- General administrative support of Internal Audit Team including, but not limited to: calendaring, answering phones, creating and submitting expense reports, scanning, mailing, filing, preparing audit binders and time sheets, maintenance of department files and records, and additional projects, as needed.
- Managing the on boarding process for Internal Audit New Hires and Consultants: the submission of access request forms, seating placement, set up of workstation, and tracking of office and network access.
- Managing the Internal Audit intranet page: lead monthly committee meeting.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of practical business/administrative experience preferred
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate with ll levels in the department
- Gender : Males only.
- Excellent command of English.
