Job Description
- As a professional services consultant, you will have end to end ownership of Monitoring, developing and scaling new and existing IT and application Infrastructures.
- Perform detailed Application Performance Monitoring and Analysis to support architecture deployments.
- Provide written deliverables and plan proposals to our customers to explain outcomes and recommendations.
- Present and debate technical solutions.
- Take the lead on creating and executing implementation plans and proposals.
- Perform deep-dive peer review, and high-level troubleshooting when necessary, to ensure quality and completeness of plans.
- Generate new and update existing documentation in a clear and articulate manner.
- Occasionally assist as technical resource on inter-departmental changes.
- Manage time and meet deadlines that are crucial to the organization’s success.
- Ability to work independently, managing timelines on a variety of projects and implementations.
- Resident at customer’s premises when needed, acting as incident manager/ implementation and integration specialist.
- Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks.
- Plans, designs, troubleshoots and resolves problems using Riverbed Application Performance Management solutions and Others, in order to stabilize and optimize customer IT and Application Infrastructure.
- Contact the customers (via phone calls and emails), making sure that the requirements are clear and follow up with the project.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with Communications as a major or Computer Science
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. ( ITI Graduates in System administration are highly encouraged)
- Experienced Application support, Professional Services Delivery Engineers, System Admins or Application Analysts with a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply noting that all years of experience will be taken into consideration.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Experience in professional services, technical consulting, or network engineering/operations preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, drive IT projects forward in large organizations, and translate technical features into tangible customer business benefits
- Self-motivated and capable of high performance under minimal supervision
- Team Player and good communications skills
- Flexibility for travel upon business needs
- Ability to work under stress
- Business writing and presentation skills
- Professionalism appropriate for working with Fortune 500 clients

- Good general Knowledge and understanding of IP Networks and data communication (CCNA level knowledge, certificate is not a must but it is a plus)
- Linux Skills
- Application Architecture basics
- Any specialty within IT and Application technology concepts (Web Applications, HTTP, Virtualization, DB, OS, Java, .Net, Cloud Computing, APIs…)
- Knowledge of Python or any other script is huge plus
- A good knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications
