Install and configure customer’s hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain customer’s systems and networks.
Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Replace parts as required.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Support the roll-out of new applications.
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
Test and evaluate new technology.
Provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks.
Plans, designs, troubleshoots and resolves problems using Riverbed Network Performance Management solutions, in order to stabilize and optimize customer Networks.
Contact the customers (via phone calls and emails), making sure that the requirements are clear and follow up with the project.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Good general Knowledge and understanding of IP Networks and data communication (CCNA R&S/SP/DS level at least, certificate is not a must but it is a plus)
CCNP/CCIE is an advantage.
Linux Administration I, II, III (red hat or equivalent)
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration
Having very good information about mobile technologies (2G/3G/4G)
A good knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications
Team Player and good communications skills
Flexibility for travel upon business needs
Ability to work under stress
