Responsibilities:

Contributes to the successful completion of projects and works on small projects, progressing to working on multiple phases of a project.
Provides input to test coverage, design specifications and defining conditions for given requirements.
Resolves straight forward problems and escalates issues with suggestions for further investigation and options for consideration as required.
Interprets, reviews, reports test activities and results in accordance with project plans.
Understands business end to end processes and participates in production verification and validation.
Maintains the status of project responsibilities and works across teams to achieve group goals.

Qualifications:

Fluent English is a Must and preferably German.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ Testing experience.
Must have an experience in testing banking systems.
ISTQB Foundation (Preferable).
Intermediate theoretical knowledge in quality engineering methodologies and has awareness of opportunities provided by new and emerging technologies and products.
Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge and has practical experience of engineering tools and platforms required to deliver.
Experience and knowledge in any of the performance testing, data and test automation tools.
Programming knowledge (ideally VB, Java, C#) and technical expertise in script languages.
Good knowledge on Cloud concepts and virtualization.
Quick Learner. Good communication skills, communicating effectively with the appropriate level of detail, using language that connects with different audiences.
Professional attitude, experience in treating stakeholders with respect and dignity.
Additional course or certification in Quality Engineering is a plus.
Certification in NFT Tools such HP QTP, Selenium, HP LR etc. is a plus.
