Job Description

  • Senior Property Consultant to handle sales calls & leads.
  • Actively promote the companies services
  • Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals by finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and inform with the market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Collect all market data and study projects of all developers and Keeping up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • 2+ years of Experience in Brokerage Real Estate
  • Effective selling skills
  • Very Good Command of English
  • Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player, professional attitude.
  • Having a car is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge with Real Estate consultation
  • Very Good Negotiation Skills
  • Customer Oriented
  • Attention to details
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office.
  • Possesses a strong desire for success in selling and being passionate about it.
  • Pro-active learner, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Initiative and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
