Job Description
- Develop and implement the company sales and distribution strategies. (Jointly with Sales Director).
- Help in developing company’s commercial, marketing and discipline policies. (Jointly with Sales Director).
- Discussing the organization’s ability to meet the trade opportunity. (Jointly with Sales Director).
- Appraise the product range and suitability.
- Analyze sales trends of company brands vs. the competitors.
- Coordinate with planning, marketing and manufacturing for demand forecast as well as putting operating sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
- Manage, analyze and evaluate trade deals and consumer promotions.
- Ensure quality of services and coverage by the sales force to Key Accounts and modern tread.
- Tracing and propose any new business opportunities.
- Prepare Key Accounts sales business plan.
- Set and develop the Key Accounts distribution strategy.
- Analyze all Key Accounts sales results, and oversee the preparation and distribution of periodic management reports.
- Organize, train, motivate and support Sales and merchandising teams to optimize visibility at point of purchase.
- Discussing, Appraise and Agree the display contracts with the selected customers to ensure the optimum visibility for THE COMPANY products.
- Monitor the merchandising team's activity.
- Collect MS reports on shelf spacing, number of faces, competing products and new trading developments affecting the reports.
- Ensure the impact of launch and re-launch in terms of visibility and shelf space for all THE COMPANY innovation plans.
- Keep the full and complete data file on the region’s geography and customers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Masters degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent knowledge in Marketing and Finance.
- 7-10 years of Experience.
