Job Description
- To organize, train, motivate and support his team to optimize sales, distribution, merchandising and collections.
- To set and monitor region sales targets (monthly target and dispatch plan by SS/AA).
- To monitor the work of his regional sales teams, including coverage and distribution.
- To direct all efforts at prospecting for new accounts.
- To collect SS reports on competing products and new trading developments.
- To analyze all sales results and oversee the preparation and distribution of periodic management reports.
- To develop the region’s business by all and every means.
- To manage the routine stores ordering, transport and payment systems and procedures.
- To manage accounts receivable for the region.
- To keep full and complete data file on the region’s geography and customers.
Job Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of Experience.
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any related field.
- Excellent Command in Spoken and Written English.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Presentation skills.
