Job Description

  • Monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Analyze data to anticipate future requirements
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Plan orders to replenish stock, avoiding inefficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc
  • Ensure the highest quality and standards are reflected on the final product
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Always working on optimizing and improving processes

Job Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills and relevant programs
  • Must be enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
