Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Define/set the vision for our offerings.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy and coordinate with other team members and various stakeholders to drive the implementation.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for our offerings.
  • Provide strategic leadership that builds and maintains productive relationships with the various external stakeholder.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, legal, tax, finance, etc.) to further develop our strategies and processes.
  • Design and implement test programs and pilots

Job Activities/Duties:

  • Develop growth & scale-up plans for Foodiena
  • Brand development ongoing based on overall market research, brand position, and pricing strategy.
  • Develop a financial model for implementation and fundraising.
  • Develop, track & report key performance indicators for SME’s adoption progress regularly.
  • Passionate about the Foodiena brand.

Job Requirements

Skills: 

  • Possesses organizational and strategic agility.
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight to make appropriate recommendations to the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders in harmony.

Qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with 0 - 3 years working in consulting experience ideally with food/Agriculture industry.
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English.
