Job Description
- Assist primarily the Chairman with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- knowledge of Minutes of meeting in Arabic and English is a must
- following up and communicating with all company parties to make sure tasks are completed
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
- Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any relevant field
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Capable of independently handling communication with other entities.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Strong command of German & French languages will be a highly appreciated asset
- Capable of presenting Chairman’s office in interactions with international customers & suppliers
- Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person
- Fast learner, active and target oriented
- Excellent management, interactive, and negotiation skills
- Excellent experience in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Exchange
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
- Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
