Job Description
- Monitor the cost of transporting products and deliveries at the level of (the cost of one order) compared to the value of orders
- Reviewing and verifying the conformity of delivery papers and fulfilling all necessary conditions
- Regular supervision of the process of loading products and ensuring that the safety and insurance rules for cars and company products are followed
- The inventory and recording of integrated data and information on the movement of cars, their condition, and constant updating
- Regular follow-up of drivers and delegates of deliveries during the itineraries and solving urgent problems during the itinerary to ensure adherence to the dates of deliveries.
- Supervision and commitment to apply the general policies of the company, for example (taking into account the insurance limits for cars - mandates).
- Keep a record of stock items, raw materials, finished goods.
- Managed warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving as well as inventory control
- Delegates assignments to logistics material handlers.
- Adjust staffing to meet the requirements for the operation.
- Ensures that all material handlers work efficiently
- Supervises the use of material handling equipment to include forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, pallet scales, and stretch wrapping machines. Ensure that equipment is properly inspected and maintained.
- Report any safety issues immediately and pull the equipment from use until the problem is corrected.
- Pull the daily inbound shipment log and verify that all shipments inbound as planned. Assists with the unloading and loading of inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Ensure that material is unloaded or loaded in a safe and efficient manner.
Job Requirements
- From 4-6 years of experience in a similar position and in FMCG company is a must
- Good English language is a must.
- Oracle user is a must.
