Job Description
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- Designing and creating motion graphics and effects.
- Select proper music melodies according to each video.
- Edit raw video footage and put together the sequence of the Video.
- Search for relevant footage on the internet as needed.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a video editor
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Attention to details
- Time and resource management skills
- Having experience in Creating logos as well as Drawing will be an asset.
