Build software solutions to help operations and support teams
Work closely with clients DevOps and Development on issue identification and resolution, problem solving and monitoring related to production issues.
Support and maintain clients server solutions
Monitor key performance benchmarks for applications.
Develop and demonstrate detailed, proactive ownership for supported systems, including monitoring, documentation and process improvement.
Optimize on-call rotations and processes
Conduct post-incident reviews
Acknowledge, triage, and respond to alerts from our application systems.
Supervise platform application functionality, system flow, and technology infrastructure.
Develop and maintain internal documentation on supported systems, issue response, and standard operating procedures.
Implement monitoring configuration for existing and new systems using existing tools.
Have a strong focus on business outcomes.
Administer internal business applications.

Requirements :

Docker, Docker Swarm and/or K8s
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
Linux (Ubuntu/Centos)
Web application administration – Apache, Wildfly, JBoss
Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios/Prometheus
Familiarity with Enterprise Application Infrastructures such as clustering, load balancers, and messaging
Understanding of SDLC
Familiarity with security fundamentals
Scripting experience – Bash, Python, Powershell
