Stylish Eve Inc. is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager, who is confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and able to create and lead dynamic programs and promotional opportunities to successful execution. He must have Proven presentation, interpersonal and financial skills.
- Establish Sales department at XX that is concerned with all Sales Channels, such as Key
- Accounts, Wholesales and Retails.
- Develops, manages and administers the planning, implementation and execution of all short and long term sales strategic plans.
- Lead Sales Team to achieve Stylish Eve's short-term mission of expanding in all regions in Egypt, and long-term mission of expanding in other countries.
- Monitor sales activities by measuring and reporting on actual sales performance as compared to budget expectations.
- Assess the company's position in regards to sales, gross profit, market share and execution of marketing plans.
- Conduct Market Research and study market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors on sales.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders such as the Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans.
- Manage daily reports and report all sales and performance to the management.
- Select, train and manage the Sales Team. Set their KPI's and monitor their performance.
- Flexible to travel anywhere within or outside Egypt.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role and same field
- Fluent English level
- Must have experience in Electronic Health and beauty products and markets
- MBA Holder is Preferable
- Flexibility to travel to different cities
- Ability to manage more than one workplace at a time
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Great Leadership skills
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Great Analytical thinking skills
