Key Accountabilities:

  • Brand Equity

  • Maximizes ROI
  • Lead Marketing Team, including Content, Media Buying, Art and design and product and research sub departments
  • Identify target audiences, analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis to develop marketing plans with specific objectives and goals across different channels and segments, in order to build successful marketing strategies.
  • Align Marketing team’s objectives with XX Mission, Vision and Strategic Objectives, and
  • make sure they are cascaded to team members.
  • Achieve the required sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team members to create a marketing plan including but not limited to all marketing activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Analyze our products' performance in the market and develop them.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Measure, monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to conversion rate performance, ROI and insights of all marketing channels.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, including but not limited to the content cycle process.
  • Be up-to-update with all new technologies and techniques.
  • Continuously develop the workflow process to accommodate business needs.
  • Involve in the products’ pricing, and offers and discounts planning.
  • Conduct training for team members in the Media Buying and Content sup departments.
  • Lead, coach and guide employees regularly to help them achieve their KPI’s accordingly achieving the department’s objectives and company’s strategic objectives.
  • Regularly hold meetings with the team to ensure perfect alignment.
  • Partners and communicate with all stakeholders, such as other departments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports to the management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree (MBA/ CIM) / Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business field, or technical education
  • related to Digital Performance and analysis

Technical Skills:

  • HTML is a must
  • Javascript concepts
  • Google certified
  • Blueprint certified
  • Very good English level
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Great Analytical thinking skills

Experience:

  • From 5 to 7 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Experience in small and large companies
  • Must be an excellent Strategic Planner
  • E-Commerce experience
  • Flexibility to travel to different cities
  • Great Leadership skills
  • Offered package: Negotiable
  • Work Location: Alexandria
