Job Description
- Incident Management; processing, troubleshooting and resolving users’ requests and problems. Supporting RC COLA users in initiating and executing all required functions of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 including consulting Services.
- Support with technical application infrastructure design and implementation.
- Monitor application and respond to alerts.
- Identify areas of improvement within application environments to increase stability and reduce administration efforts.
- Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
- Designing and developing user and strategic level reports.
- Work with users and developers/programmers to correct recurring problems with software
- Providing consultancy for modules: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory and Retail Headquarter.
- Technical support and developments related to: AP, AR, Inventory, Finance, Integration, Performance and Security.
- Developing Dynamics AX 2012 modifications for standard modules
- Provides training to users of new systems on any AX area in all modules.
- Refer to major software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Install and configure client computer to work with AX system, solve AX technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face-to-face.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken to save data exchange between head office and stores.
- Technical support officer for Head Office and stores as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years ERP implementation experience
- Dynamics AX certification preferred
