Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
Study project expenses by trade and compare it to budget in each project.
Handle related special assignments if required.
Study project file and prepare the required analysis and breakdowns.
Prepare invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
Prepare the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
Prepare project Closeout Report.

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
From 7 to 9 Years of Experience
At least 3 years of experience working as cost control handling several projects parallel
Excellent communication and analytical skills,
Initiative and team spirited.
Adequate knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and BIM technology
